Epic Games Store Achievements

The Epic Games Store continues to be a popular choice for gamers, especially when it comes to scoring a big deal. Since its debut in 2018, Epic Games’ digital storefront has grown steadily with the addition of beloved AAA blockbusters and endearing indie games. This resulted in exclusive titles like space punks or third-party PC exclusives like Alan Wake Remastered. There are plenty of games for gamers on this platform, with a variety of games available for purchase as well.

One of the most recent additions was last year, with Epic Games’ storefront receiving an achievement system. This new achievement system is akin to its console competitors, the PlayStation and Xbox, with each of these epic achievements being categorized into four tiers based on their XP value. These include Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum achievement categories, each of which awards a specific amount of XP depending on the category. Players can then track these available achievements, as well as progress per game.

Although the achievement system has been added, there are only a select number of games that currently support it. The Epic Games Store is gradually adding games that will support achievements, with around three dozen games across its entire library featuring achievements. For players who want to know which of these games will have achievements, the Epic Games Store recently added a new navigation filter to help them out.
