Talent Hunt Program

The Talent Hunt Program (THP) is launched by the USAID-funded merit and need-based scholarship program to encourage and prepare talented female students from low-income families who aspire to higher education but cannot apply for admission in top Pakistani universities due to lack of finance. compulsory to register for the preparation workshops for the professional entrance test.

This initiative aims to identify bright female students with outstanding matriculation and FA/FSc results in advance, investing in them by offering entrance test preparation workshops for admission into medical colleges. , Engineering and General Pakistan.

Eligibility criteria

  1. The student must be a Pakistani national / AJ&K
  2. Must be from a low income family
  3. Must have secured
    • 80% or more in Intermediate (1st year) in the Engineering/Medicine/IT group
    • 70% or more in Intermediate (1st year) in the social/general sciences/arts and humanities group
  4. Particular preference will be given to the female
    • Students from rural/less developed districts of Pakistan
    • Students with Disabilities

Screening process

  • The application will be reviewed by the HEC committee to determine the candidate’s eligibility.
  • The merit list will be prepared based on academic record and needs-based criteria defined under the program.
  • Offer letters will be sent to the best candidates based on available slots.
