Responsible for:

Advocate for the community and the brand, nurture opinion and insight into any creative session to ensure the outcome is on target. Write texts for your brands, share joy and excitement with your communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital and social copywriting – Research, understand and create timely and engaging copy for your customers that is on brand and in line with social and digital media goals and platforms.
  • Community Manager – ensuring brand communities are regularly and continuously updated with no static or cluttered flow back and forth in terms of moderation, response, engagement, interaction and posting.
  • Content strategy – develop content strategies for your brand, understanding digital and social platforms, and what content works where for your audience.
  • Information and analysis – Rate and evaluate performance and use it to provide feedback to the account manager and creative team, with feedback on how to improve the work.
  • Reflection – Participation in creative sessions focused on problem solving and idea sharing. Support your team and your designers on new digital and social developments (in collaboration with the creative team and the Head of Social Manager).

Terms

  • At least three years of experience in an agency environment.
  • A degree or diploma in marketing, copywriting, public relations, branding, or journalism.
  • Exceptional English, editing, proofreading and writing skills.
  • Must have a very good sense of detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
