Salary scale: Grade F: £49,810 to £56,690 per year including Inner London weighting (depending on skills and experience)

We are looking for a committed and experienced person Producer to join our very active theater and dance department. Our two theater halls (Barbican Theater capacity 1152 and Pit capacity 150) host the best international theatre, dance and performances from artists and companies who challenge the idea of what theater can be.
The role will be an integral part of the theater production team supporting the Head of Theater and Dance in the delivery and management of the Barbican’s world-class international and UK program including national, live and digital performances, including presentations, commissions, rentals and home grown productions.
You will have a proven knowledge of art forms and artistic practices as well as a broad understanding and significant experience in the commercial and funded sectors. You are committed to providing the highest level of service to customers, the public, internal colleagues, visiting companies and external partners, and actively promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in relation to the functions of the post.
