RICK GENE CLINTON
Rick Gene Clinton, 62, of Byron, Ga., Previously of Cedar Rapids, unexpectedly died of an obvious coronary heart assault at his house on Saturday morning, February 20, 2021. Funeral Providers: 1 p.m. Monday at Papich-Kuba Chapel Janeba West, 1604 J St. SW, Cedar Rapids, with the Reverend J. Reginald Daniel officiating. Interment to comply with at Walker Cemetery, Walker, Iowa. Go to: 4 p.m. to eight p.m. Sunday on the funeral chapel. These attending the visitation and funeral are respectfully requested to put on masks and observe social distancing.
Rick is survived by his spouse, Cassie; his son, Vince (Trish) Clinton and his sons, Brayden (12), Trey (10), Tyker (9) and Tate (4) of Cedar Rapids; Siblings, Fred Jr. (Kathy) Clinton, Sharon (Ron Sims) Clinton, Karen Sue (Michael) Papich, Chris (Kyle Perry) Spivey-Perry and Jamie (Mike) Rugg, all of Cedar Rapids and Priscilla “Patty” (Chris Black) Smith of Indianapolis, Ind .; and a sister-in-law, Jackie Clinton of Cedar Rapids. He’s additionally survived by a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, grand-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by a bit of woman, Sara; her dad and mom, Fred V. Sr. and Irene M. (Stephenson) Clinton; and one brother, Dennis Clinton.
Rick was born on September 18, 1958 in Cedar Rapids, the place he grew up and lived till he moved to Byron, Georgia 25 years in the past. He owned and operated All American Chimney Sweeps and Builders, Inc. in Byron.
Rick cherished to golf, experience bikes and sing karaoke. He additionally cherished to prepare dinner and loved cooking along with his household and mates. Most of all, Rick cherished spending time along with his household, particularly his grandsons.
