USHOPAL accelerates its impressive expansion in China with the opening of Bonnie & Clyde at the Hainan Tourism Duty Free Shopping Complex in Sanya

CHINA. Chinese luxury beauty retailer Bonnie & Clyde, owned by USHOPAL Group, has opened a new concept multi-brand store at the Hainan Tourism Duty Free Shopping Complex (HTDF) in Sanya.

The store, launched in partnership with Hainan Investment Tourism Duty Free Co., is home to four of the company’s niche luxury beauty brands, Natura Bissē, Juliette Has A Gun, Argentum and Bulk Homme.

Bonnie & Clyde is HTDF’s first multi-brand beauty store. The opening is driving the strategic mission of USHOPAL Group’s parent company to expand into China’s booming downtown duty-free channel and build brand awareness through content creation. and social media. Bulk Homme is one of Japan’s leading men’s skincare brands. He is renowned for his no-nonsense approach to men’s grooming and cosmetics and is known for his skincare regimens and three-step haircare programs. The brand’s ethos is one of substance over style, as evidenced by its simple, apothecary-style branding and packaging.

French perfume house Juliette Has a Gun was founded by perfumer Romani Ricci, grandson of famous fashion designer Nina Ricci. Based in Paris, the brand offers vegan and cruel scents inspired by Shakespeare’s heroines.

Juliette Has a Gun performed spectacularly in the latest TikTok (Douyin) Luxury Beauty ranking. The pure fragrance brand ranked among the top eight best-selling brands on the platform. It is promoted under the USHOPAL x TikTok partnership.

British perfume house Argentum recently joined Ushopal’s list and has quickly become one of Douyin’s most popular brands in China. The brand was founded by South African entrepreneur Joy Isaac. It was built around the concept of using silver in skincare products, following Isaac’s personal healing experience with the metal. Today, Argentum offers a range of products of natural origin based on 12 skin archetypes.

As noted, USHOPAL’s online and offline retail platform and KOL content community network Bonnie & Clyde have partnered with social video content platform Douyin (TikTok’s sister brand) to achieve Chinese consumers of Gen-Z luxury beauty brands.

The partnership combines USHOPAL Group and Bonnie & Clyde’s pool of more than 10 million high-priced VIP buyers in China with Douyin’s large Gen-Z audience.
