Win prizes at the Expo
Hundreds of dollars in giveaways and prizes will be presented at the East WilCo Business Expo and Job Fair will return to the Williamson County Expo Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 11.
“We already know that we will be giving away a $ 100 gift card from HEB, a $ 50 gift card from Wal-Mart, Ancira salsa and a home weather station,” said Expo president Cynthia. Martinez. “We will be raffling names every half hour at the Expo and getting there early will help you win. “
The prices, music, food, dental check-ups and an extended career fair make the Expo a great place to spend a Saturday morning with the family. Admission is free and open to the public at the WilCo Expo Center, 5350 Bill Pickett Trail. Those in attendance are encouraged to make a donation for Shepherd’s Heart Food Pantry.
“There will also be businesses out there that are in desperate need of employees,” said House Speaker Tia Rae Stone. “If you’ve ever thought about working locally or changing jobs or careers, you need to come meet people. If you can’t get away with it, you can find out more about attending the Virtual Career Fair on the Chamber’s website, www.taylorchamber.org.
